• Following the plan of care and communicating necessary revisions to the Nursing Supervisor/Clinical Manager
• Providing patient care, which requires specialized nursing skills
• Preparing clinical progress notes
• Counseling the patient and family/caregivers about nursing and related needs
• Participating in in-service programs, supervising, and teaching other nursing personnel
• Understanding and adhering to policies and procedures
• Processing orders and notifying patient’s physician of needs and changes in condition
• Completing certification/recertification orders and discharge summaries
• Observing confidentiality, safeguarding all patient related information
• Completing documentation and paperwork in a timely manner
• Reporting any patient incidents, variances, or complaints immediately to Clinical Manager/ Nursing Supervisor
• Demonstrating competency with technical skills, according to established procedures
• Reporting all incomplete work assignments to Clinical Manager/Nursing Supervisor
• Maintaining professionalism, including clean appearance and punctual
• Demonstrating effective time management skills
• Demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision making
• Calmly responding to emergency situations

Available Work Hours/Shifts:

Part-time, Full-time or PRN

Night shift and (or) day shift

Weekends and (or) weekdays

Active CPR certification (skills & cognitive)
Valid LPN/RN Georgia or Compact license
